Our Mission
It's about building something that we are proud of, but importantly something which our guests will be amazed by. All of this is based on a foundation of honesty, value, transparency and trust.
Integrity is everything to us and we love, and are proud to work in hospitality.
We champion local suppliers and producers. Our founder, Andy, has a background in agriculture and so he's particularly passionate about food ethics. This core belief and value transcends throughout the team and our Chefs are always seeking the best quality local food and drink providers.
Our Company
PM Hospitality Ltd was founded by Andrew Carveth in 2006 at our first venue, Priston Mill near Bath, with a clear vision: to bring catering in-house and deliver exceptional food, outstanding service, and meticulous attention to detail. This guiding philosophy continues to shape everything we do.
Over the years, our events team has earned a trusted reputation for hosting unforgettable weddings and celebrations. With extensive experience across the company, we are proud to deliver beautifully run events for couples and clients year after year.
Following the success of Priston Mill in Bath, Coombe Lodge near Bristol, and Rockbeare Manor near Exeter, we are delighted to welcome Henlade House as the fourth venue in our collection.
A sensitive restoration of this remarkable building began in September 2025 led by Andy and Aimée Carveth and a dedicated team of craftsmen. Their careful work will ensure that by Spring 2026, Henlade House opens its doors fully restored and ready to host truly memorable occasions.
