Our Rooms
Our bedrooms have all been beautifully refurbished recently - they are simply stunning!
We have 16 bedrooms available within the house and they are priced at between £195 and £250 per night, however a special rate is available if all rooms are booked for a wedding or event.
There are 14 king sized rooms, and 2 family rooms. By Spring 2027, we will also have an accessible bedroom located on the ground floor, and possibly even more bedrooms thereafter!
All prices include a two course, delicious breakfast.
A minimum booking of 10 bedrooms applies. Prices are for 2026 and are based on group bookings for exclusive weddings and events at Henlade House.
Room 3
The luxurious furnishings and accessories, along with the soft dusky pink colour palette and rich textures create a calm and cosy feel to this bedroom. The pretty matching furniture including curved weathered oak king sized bed and ornate dressing table, have subtle French influences, and there are far-reaching countryside views from the large sash window. The bathroom is a spacious, contemporary wet-room style with power shower, fluffy towels and luxury toiletries.
Room 4
No doubt one of the most impressive rooms in the house, this dual aspect suite with Regency blue colour palette has an impressive glass chandelier, oversized gold full length mirror, and super king-sized sleigh bed with matching dark oak furniture.
The views through the huge sash windows are incredible - almost feeling panoramic. Certainly the largest bathroom in the house, it is complete with roll top bath, twin sinks, fluffy towels and luxury toiletries. There is plenty of space in this bedroom for an additional child’s bed or cot if required.
Room 5
Located at the top of the main sweeping staircase, on the first floor, this gorgeous room has a calm and elegant feel with characterful features including an original Regency fireplace. With soft dusty pink tones, and beautiful matching furniture with subtle French influences, it is one of the principle rooms in the house.
It’s spacious, yet still feels cosy - with a curved weathered oak, king sized bed and stylish rattan head board. The bathroom features a contemporary wet-room style shower with fluffy towels and luxury toiletries but the focal point is without doubt, the freestanding copper bath, positioned in the centre of the room, by the big sash window with far-reaching countryside views.
Room 6
This is the principle room in the house - it's incredibly spacious with luxurious furnishings, feature fireplace, matching buttoned lounge seats and carved wood four poster bed. The soft Regency blue tones create a calm and relaxed space, but most impressive, are the vast countryside views from the dual aspect sash windows.
The bathroom has a roll top bath and ornate twin sinks, power shower and glistening chandelier. It has a sophisticated feel and is light and airy, with plenty of space in this bedroom for an additional child’s bed or cot if required.
Room 7
This spacious and light bedroom with stylish dark oak furniture including super king-sized sleigh bed, matching bedside tables and ornate dressing table. Painted in a calm Regency blue colour palette, the sash windows in this bedroom overlook the West Lawn in the immediate distance, as well as the wider landscape which includes trees of many varieties.
The focal point of the large bathroom is the roll top bath, coupled with twin showers and twin skins creating a very luxurious feel. There is plenty of space in this bedroom for an additional child’s bed or cot if required.
Room 9
This modern and luxurious family room is decorated with warm Regency blue colour tones creating a calm and relaxed space with lovely garden views.
With a king-sized sleigh bed, and two further single beds therefore sleeping 4 in total as standard, this is the perfect retreat for families. The bathroom is contemporary with a free standing bath, power shower, fluffy towels and luxury toiletries.
