Henlade House is one of the newest venues to open its doors in Somerset. Located in Taunton, within the heart of the South West, it is set to follow in the footsteps of its three sister venues, and become a highly regarded, exceptional wedding and special events venue.

POSITION
Event Manager
An exciting opportunity to be among the team responsible for launching and developing this stunning new weddings and events venue.
The Event Manager will work alongside a small team, looking after our clients, with responsibility for event planning and management, contributing to the supervision of the day to day running of the venue, and to successfully lead the front of house team on event days (including the catering operation). The role requires a high level of personal organisation and attention to detail, and the ability to quickly gain the confidence and respect of both the client and the team. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a hospitality environment is required.
With a mix of both sales and operations, the successful candidate will contribute to the long-term growth and quality of the business, always maintaining exceptional standards, pride in the presentation of the venue, and upholding the company reputation.

Waiting Team Members
If you are smiley, bright, energetic and great with people we'd love to hear from you. Our waiting and bar team are paramount to ensuring that any visitor to Henlade House is well looked after. We go the extra mile and deliver the highest possible level of service - because we understand that it's the little things that make a big difference.
Until we are fully established, there will be limited hours available however this position is perfect for local people who are looking for casual work, and wish to be involved in something fun and rewarding.
Part-time, flexible hours available. Regular evening and weekends. Excellent rates of pay. Previous experience preferred.

Housekeeping Team Members
First impressions, attention to detail and a warm welcome are of the highest importance to us at Henlade House. We are looking for warm and friendly people to join our committed team of Housekeepers, who will work together to ensure that our wedding and events venue in Somerset is always looking it's best. The role will involve general housekeeping in all front of house areas, as well as turning around our 15 luxury bedrooms following our guests stay.
Until we are fully established, there will be limited hours available however this position is perfect for local people who are looking for casual work, and wish to be involved in something fun and rewarding.
Part-time, flexible hours available. Excellent rates of pay.
